Super Walmart on the way to WDW

Last time we went to WDW, 2001, we stopped at a super Walmart on the way from the airport. I don't remember diverting to a different road from a hwy but may have. Of course, the roads may have changed since then too. When I look at a map from the airport to WDW it looks like all hwy. Does anyone have any idea which Walmart that would most likely be? I'd like to do a pit stop (will have rental) again this time.

If you use the airport's SOUTH exit and head to Disney using TOLL 417 (Greenway), get off at Exit #6 which is SR 536. Proceed straight to the 2nd traffic light which is SR 535 and turn left. The Super Wal-Mart is 1 mile ahead of you on the right. To go to Disney, go back north on 535. Either continue straight on 535 into Lake Buena Vista or turn left back onto 536 which becomes EPCOT Center Blvd.

If you use the airport's NORTH exit and head to Disney using TOLL 528 (Beachline), get off at Exit #3 which is CR 423/John Young Parkway. Proceed north on 423 and there is a Super Wal-Mart one mile ahead on your right. To go to Disney, head back south on 423 and then continue west on the Beachline to I-4.

When I type in the zip code for WDW the closest Walmart Supercenter to there is the one located at 3250 Vineland Road.

We went to the one off SR535 on 5/29 around 7 pm (so a Saturday night). Let's just say that place will get you in the right mood for Disney crowds and lines...

We went in Aug the day before school started at around 8:30PM. You couldn't even move around the store.

Does everyone in FL wait until the night before to do there back to school shopping.

there is one on Sand Lake rd and John Young Parkway its just down the rd a piece from the first exit after the toll near the airport

Every Walmart Supercenter that I have been to are all open 24 hours.

Oh honey......for the waste of your vacation time, have wegoshop take care of your shopping for you. Last time we went it was $17 for up to $150 in purchases plus a 10% tip for the delivery person. Well worth it! Marge Peck is the owner and she and her hubs are just absolute sweeties! They will even get you a cake for a special occasion. Love them! Skip the WM and enjoy your family time!

For the record, the WM Supercenter on Vineland Road is the closest one to WDW property.

And, yes, it's a 24-hour store.
