Super Shuttle

Has anyone made reservations online? If so, What is a prepaid credit card?? And do you think I should just call them to make reservations since we need to make sure they have a toddler car seat even though you can add in special comments/request.

I made reservations for a private shuttle for the 8 of us online. I had no problems at all. Prepaid credit card just means that your card will be charged at the time you make the reservation.

I did call them the day before we would arrive in Anaheim to confirm.

Oops...I meant to add that SuperShuttle called me on my cell phone a couple of days before our departure for home to confirm that end of our reservation. That was an unexpected surprise and quite re-assuring.

You'd better call them about the car seat. If I remember right, they don't provide one. I asked because we had a 5yo with us. But call to make sure.

Yep i've made all my arrangements online. I just call a few days before to confirm Prepaid is that they will charge you as soon as you make your reservation like bouncy54 said. If you were worried about a car seat then definately call up because I dont recall ever seeing car seats in Supershuttle.

i just had the disney travel co make my reservations ( i have been calling for days and could not get through and had reached panic level) and the CM reminded me to bring my carseats for my two girls.

hmmm.... we are not planning on taking her carseat maybe we should???? anyone know if any other places have carseats?

disney magical express does not need carseats because it is a bus and not a van.

looks like that is just for disney world... or am I wrong?

oops, wrong name, but disney does have its own shuttle from the LA area airports. if you call the disney travel co they can give you the info. i dont know if you can use it to go to hotels other than the 3 disney though. good luck.
