We have used Super Shuttle a number of times over the past 2 years, and there used to be an option that allowed me to choose adults vs. children. (Children under a certain age were free.) Today when I tried to book, there was not an option for children, and no mention of children free. Has anyone else noticed that? I sent them an email (can't call right now, at work!), to check, but I thought I would ask here too.

I overheard a shuttle driver talking about kids prices. It wasn't Super Shuttle, but I think they're probably all the same. They offered a discount for kids that were very young, like 3 and younger. Older than that though, they pay the same price as an adult. Hope that helps a little. :)

Our daughter is 3, and maybe that is why she was always free. But now on their site, there is not even an option to choose a child price, so I think they are charging for all kids now.

I got a reply from Super Shuttle this morning. Here is what they said:

"children do not travel free any longer, drivers were complaining that children take up a seat.

Thank you for choosing SuperShuttle."

That's exactly what the shuttle driver I overheard said! He was complaining that all kids take up a seat space, no matter how old they are. And this wasn't on Super Shuttle, so I'm sure all the shuttles have gone this direction now.

Such a bummer! Oh well, I am considering using Uber for the first time!

I'm pretty sure the Disneyland Express still allows kids free with every paying adult

They do, we just hate waiting for it to leave, or waiting for it to come. :) We always arrive early and head straight to the park, so we don't like to waste time on a short trip.
