Super Bowl Parade 2026, increased Park Crowds?

Hey all!

Does the Super Bowl parade heavily impact park crowds?

We're actually departing the Friday of 'parade weekend' but are wondering if the crowds will be worse during the whole week before. We can 'shift' our arrival a day or two earlier if need be, but would rather not if we don't have to.

Nope, you’re fine. MK on the day of the parade might see an increase but that’s pretty much it.

If the team that won is on the west coast, it would likely impact Disneyland’s crowds. The east coast teams will usually parade in WDW.

Guess I'll be rooting for West Coast teams next season lol. Well, actually I always root for West Coast teams.

Where the winning team goes depends on the location of where the super bowl is held.
Next year its at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara California.
So they will be going to DLR.
No impact on WDW.

No, the park is generally chosen based on Super Bowl location, not winning team (see the announcement this year that came out days before the game was even played). However, the crowds can be higher if the winner is of that Coast.

So it sounds as if we're 'good' either way (East vs West teams), if the SB location determines the Park.

Luckily looks like it'll be at DLR in 2026. But even if it were at WDW, we're scheduled to depart on the Friday before. I was just curious as to whether the parade impacts crowd levels the week leading up to that weekend. But it sounds as if we're 'good to go'.
