Super Bowl at DL

We where planning on coming home from our trip to DL on SB Sunday but now we booked a Sunday night room for GCV and will fly out Monday. How is DL on SB Sunday normally? What do we think with a California team in the SB. Will that change the norm?

Been at disneyland for the past 3 superbowls and yes park was crowded.

Same. The only thing that seems to affect crowds at DL is weather. Rain, specifically. I've been to DL on Super Bowl Sunday, the Oscars and Grammys. Those events made absolutely no difference in crowd levels. Now: when it rains lightly, crowds might be slightly smaller. When it rains hard/all day, you can be reasonably sure that crowds will be low or even non-existent.

SB Sunday is typically busy cuz everyone thinks that everyone else will be watching the game.

Just get an early start on Sunday and you'll have a great time. It will be busy!

I called GCH awhile back to book a cabana and the guy made an interesting point - he said Super Bowl Sunday cabanas book up right away, because it's a clever way of reserving a group TV instead of trying to watch elsewhere.

I’ll be there the Thursday-Saturday before and hope crowds are relatively light. Weather is looking good as well.

Hopefully no one recognizes my Boston accent with LA in the SB. Not to mention what just happened in the World Series. I plan on not speaking much.

What about Easter Sunday? I know the week of is typically crazy, but is the actual day a low crowd day like I've heard? With it being a locals park, it makes sense that a lot of locals would be at church.

We will also be there Thursday jan 1 through Monday Feb 4 and was hoping for low crowds with a socal team playing. *a girl can dream*
