Anyone been here? Have anything good or bad, need info. Looks nice, guess I want confirmation of that. Also how long would you say it'd take to get to Disney from here TIA

Stayed there a few weeks ago on an RCI Exchange. We were put in Building 1, phase 1, ground floor which is the oldest section.

Positive: Very friendly, helpful staff. Very spacious unit with large master bath. Very close to WDW entrance. Common grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Living room furniture was replaced recently and is in good shape and comfy. Any issues we had were immediately addressed as best as possible by maintainence. Phase 1 units have washer/dryers in the unit(as opposed to sharing with neighbor in other buildings).

Negative: The beds/pillows are awful (uncomfortable). The patio furniture, dishwasher and washer/dryer are in desperate need of repair/replacement. Some things (such as closest doors in master bath) are literally falling apart. Phase 1 does not have a jacuzzi in the master bath.

I can not attest to the other Phases of this resort, although I understand they are nicer than phase 1. Since we were not in our unit very much the things I listed were not serious enough to ruin our vacation experience. Although, the beds were really getting to me since I was not able to get a decent night's sleep. The pool area is just OK, nothing fancy, but is well maintained with a jacuzzi tub.

It took no longer than 10 minutes to get to any Theme Park parking lot (we always went for the rope drop). We had more trouble getting home for some reason. Kept getting lost  . Directions: Take a right out resort. Left onto SR535, take left at Beuna Vista Suites intersection (536) which leads you directly into WDW entrance. Without traffic, about 4-5 minutes.

I would stay here again and perhaps request anything other than a phase 1 unit, although I do like having washer/dryer in my unit :confused3 .

Feel free to ask any specific questions if you wish.

Thank you so much magiroux for your response, it just looks so nice on their website I was just wondering if it was truly that good. But from your description sounds like if you can get it at a good price it's a good place to stay. Thanks
