Sunshine Seasons, La Cantina de San Angel, or Electric Umbrella

Take the Electric Umbrella off the list. It’s not terrible, but with all the options available at Epcot, it’s the least special place to dine.

I haven’t eaten at the Cantina, but Sunshine Seasons is excellent. It has a variety of stations like the grill, sandwich shop, Asian, etc. The food is always fresh and well prepared. It’s indoors and has A/C, but the best part of all is the bakery. It serves a mean strawberry shortcake.

It's been a couple years, but I've had good guacamole and chips from the Cantina. Sunshine Seasons does have a lot of options. My meals there have been ok. Definitely nothing to complain about, but also not amazing. I avoid dairy, so maybe I'm just missing out on all the good stuff :P It can be pretty noisy and busy as it is right next to Soarin'. That being said, I really do love The Land Pavilion. The Cantina is only outdoor seating and the space is pretty limited. Being by the water is nice though.

I dislike the Sunshine Seasons seating. It feels like a museum cafeteria circa 1985.

In nice weather, I’d prefer La Cantina due to the water view seating. It’s not World-class Mexican, I enjoy it, but I guess it depends on what you have at home.
(I’ve read rumors you can dine inside bring LaCantina inside next doors’s restaurant before it opens for dinner)

How long does it usually take at sunshine seasons? Thinking We May eat lunch there around a fastpass for soarin.

Depends on how busy it is and thus how long the lines at the registers are. If you look at menus ahead of time and know what station you want to go to, that will help speed things along. I'd allow at least 45min during a busy season for ordering, paying, and eating.

What type of QS food does your party like? That is where you should eat. Whether strangers on the Internet like a certain cuisine is really irrelevant

Sunshine Seasons has the greatest selection and a very large area to sit inside. The food is good.
La Cantina isn't bad, but nothing special.
Skip Electric Umbrella.

Yes, during lunch you can eat your food from La Cantina inside La Hacienda (since La Hacienda is only open for dinner).

We usually hit both Sunshine Seasons and La Cantina, I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Sunshine Seasons the other 2 are rather average to poor. We haven't eaten there since our 2nd trip and its been a long time but I believe we get everything in about 15-20 minutes.
