Well, I can partially help here. I also had a sunset safari reserved, but since I was the only person who arrived to take the safari, they cancelled it. I must admit that concierge quickly reserved a spot for me on the next day's sunrise safari, and I loved every minute of it. I ate at Jiko the night of my arrival, and it was great too. Since I was by myself, I ate at the counter, and was thoroughly entertained by Beatrice, one of the chefs. She even slipped me some samples! I had the Kenyan Coffee Barbeque Chicken appetizer, and only ate about half of it, it was so large. Very tasty, but be prepared for exotic curry flavorings. I also had a glass of the Graham Beck Merlot, yum. I highly recommend giving it a try, and I thought it was a better buy than Boma, because Boma is a buffet at about $15-$18 per plate. A big waste of money for a stringbean like me. Have a fun time!
