sunrise safari

Sunrise Safari is for anyone, or just AKV Concierge? Don't remember and I don't want to call MS just for this one question. Any info is appreciated.

pretty sure the sunrise is just for concierge while the sunset safari is for both (though you pay a little extra for it if you aren't a concierge guest.)
