Sunrise Safari or wildlife excursion???

We would like to stay concierge on our next trip to AKL and was wondering which of these two safari's you guys recommend. What days are these offered on? Any other info I should know?? Thanks

The Sunrise Safari is currently offered on Sunday and Thursday mornings. You have to say the night before to be able to book it. Our first concierge stay is not until this September so I can't make any recommendations. We are planning on doing the Sunrise Safari when we stay.

We thought the Sunrise Safari was fantastic - haven't done any others though. It is early, but you get a lot of quality time on the safari excursion, as it is not like the "ride" at all. And, you get a great brunch, and are in the park at opening.

We did the Sunrise Safari and the Wanyama (sunset) Safari on our concierge stay, but we haven't tried the wildlife experience yet. Both the safaris were wonderful though! I think I liked the wanyama one because of the personal nature of it, but the sunrise one was great with the animal curator as our guide.
