Sunrise Lakes, Old Lake Wilson Reserve or Calabay Parc at Tower Lake???

Right guys I've narrowed it down to a villa on Sunrise Lakes (off the US27), one on Old Lake Wilson Preserve (opposite Reunion) or a villa at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake (near Southen Dunes) ............... Has anybody stayed at either of these? and, if so, what did you think??? Know where the first 2 are but I'd be especially interested in what's in and around the Calabay Parc villa.

£1400 Pound's the absolute maximum for 18 nights in late July/August, would prefer two stories, a good gamesroom, a master downstairs leading to the pool and finally a south facing pool that's not overlooked ............ I know, I know ........ there's always a compromise! but any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure on those locations but we stayed here in August and loved it. Price is about right I've not checked availability though. It's rolling hills so excellent location. Single storey but had nice games room and lovely pool from master. Oh and Air con that actually felt nice and cold for a change.

I personally wouldn't ever stay off the US27 again, it's just too far in my opinion.
