I am looking at a home rental in this neighborhood and was wondering if anyone here has any information to share?
Also wondering what I should ask the homeowner about the house to be sure we are getting a legit deal. He lives in Scotland and has a Orlando management company that would handle our needs. In my mail I did ask if the pictures on his site were current and of the exact home we would be renting.
This is a last minute rental for us as we might need the place starting Dec 14. The home looks very nice and it includes the pool heat and all taxes in the price quoted. Any thoughts or advice would be most welcome!
