Sunless tanner for mature skin?

I have lots of sunspots on my legs and tanners seem to make them darker. Any suggestions for an even tan without the sun?

Thanks! Do you exfoliate and moisturize before using? Also how often do you need to use them and do they fade naturally?

i really like Loving Tan. they have a sunless tanner mousse, or a bronze shimmer cream that is really nice. you can purchase both at Ulta for around $40 each
