Thanks to all of you who really do inspire me to keep this up. I was reading the thread about workout tapes and decided that I could spare the 20-minutes right then to do my Mari Windsor Pilates tape. It is a great workout and I really feel a difference when I do it. It isn't cardio, but I like to mix up my workouts. :)

Anyone else have successes to share today?

I shoveled snow today. I don't know if I burned many calories but I did some shoveling :)

You help keep me motivated CC, thanks :teeth:
 
WTG Cathy!!!!

My sucess today was staying exactly on program. Weekends are usually hard for me....too much temptation and time on my hands. But I did it. A whole weekend on plan with not one slip up. Tomorrow is my offical weigh in day.
 

eventhough i really didn't want to go, i dragged myself to the gym. :)
 
Way to go everyone!! Not wanting to do it and then doing it is a wonderful feeling!!!

Sorry I missed the other thread. Can we start a new one each day and then we get everyone's input? That is more motivating to me to see how many have done it daily. Gives me the boot I need and with your help, I am going to try to do at least something daily!

Best of luck lvs_eeyore! Weekends are tough but I am sure tomorrow's results will show you that it is all worthwhile.

Kath, shovelling snow is definitely calorie burning!

Keep up the good work ladies. Maybe when hit a certain number we can keep a cumulative score of our losses! :)

I was just too worn out to exercise today, and as a result haven't had enough water either. :(

BUT, I did have a little bit of :D :D :D :D to share today! When I was getting ready for church I reached in the back of my closet and grabbed a dress that I quit wearing because it had gotten a little too snug. And this time it fit great! It was sure a moral boost! Its amazing how much difference only almost 10 lbs. can make!

Well I did so so today. But I did scrub the kitchen floor and walk to the convienence store for a paper. That was all of a block. BUt I did something today!!!
 
Even the little things count, jiminy! :)

And Liz, that is terrific news!! What a wonderful feeling that must have been! You deserved to have a day off. :)

We went to a theme park (again!) and got in plenty of walking yesterday. Walked from the furtherst reaches of the parking lot into the theme park both times (ok, we went to AK and MGM after...) ;) Took the tram out to the car after we left both parks though :eek:

CC, the pilates tape you did, was it the intro tape or the actual meat and potatoes pilates tape? I ordered the Windsor pilates tape set last year and have only done the intro tape TWICE. I need to get my butt in gear and start doing it again. :) I'm not sure when I'd actually get to the real workout though. I'm an abs wimp. ;)
 
The intro is just the one where she shows you how to do the exercises, right? The one I do is the 20-minute Workout - Body Sculpting. I have done the Buns and Thighs, but that just about killed me!! ;)
