Sunday night suggestions

I'm going to the World on Sunday for Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival. We won't actually go to Epcot until Monday, so what should we do on Sunday? Probably check out a movie at DTD and down a couple at the ESPN club, but other than that we don't have any formal plans.

We're staying at the Swan or Dolphin, I forget which, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, one more thing, we've done all the "normal" things during previous trips, so maybe something more out of the ordinary.
