Sun Apr 03, 2016 5-Night Cozumel and Castaway Cay From Miami

Can't believe how close this is, it seems like just yesterday I posted in this thread for the first time and it was still a whole year away. So excited!

Hi Everyone!!!

This will be our second Disney Cruise and we would love to participate in the Fish Extenders. I think my kids will get a kick out of it. I have 3 kids, 2 girls ages 13 and 7 and a son age 11. How do I go about signing up? Can anyone help me?

Hi there! I know our group is small and no other families have found us. There is another group that we can latch onto, and their current numbers are better than ours. Krista is her name and she is the organizer of this other group and has offered to let us join them. Please email her if you would like to join them. Thanks!!!

Hi All, We are doing the fish extenders too! Just my daughter and I this time. There is me (Kristen) and my daughter Ella. She's 13. I just emailed the person above. I have never done this before. Even if it's too late to join, we will just bring some small items to give when we see fish extenders. Seems easier than having to sign up!
We are in stateroom 7070

Hi All, I just heard back from the organizer of groups. Apparently there are 4 groups that have been closed since the end of February and there was not enough interest for a 5th. I really wish this was more of a random 'pay it forward' activity instead of something you need to sign up for. :(

NEW UPDATE for anyone who missed out on doing the Fish Extenders! There is a facebook group encouraging people to do a "pixie dust" exchange. More casual than the usual, just sign up and give little gifts to those who comment on the post. To sign up, you need to ask to join the group.

Update - sorry, I am not supposed to link outside of this group.

Please see my post below - looks like there is an opportunity to do it, but you need to sign up on facebook. :)

Just so you know - links to other social media sites are not allowed on DISboards. Here's the policy:

Our family would love to participate in the fish extenders. I have no idea how to sign up for this. How do I know how many rooms are participating?

Room: 7078

Were you able to find a group on facebook? I am not a facebook user, but my husband had an old account. I was able to find a group for our cruise, but the Fish Extender groups were all set up months ago. The organizer did post a spot for people who missed the sign up. I added my family there. There are 3 other families who are signed up for this unofficial pixie dust exchange. You could sign up there.

Hello, everyone! I had no clue these meet sites even existed, until just yesterday! That said, my 9 yr old daughter and I will be taking our first ever cruise with the Mouse in a little more than a week and we cannot wait!
