ok who took August away ?? i just turned my head for a minute and its gone . Really was that nice?? YEA YEA fall is nice and pretty and blah blah blah .. but Winter is coming .. wind ice snow cold freezing rain sleet ..
ok so i vented and really dont feel better.. thats it i moving .. looking for a palm tree and a warm breeze..

No kidding. It was cold all through May, too. So we got all of 2 1/2 months of summer. I love autumn, but it's too soon. And I HATE winter.

Since school started August 14th for me, I have no August to speak of.

Well........as someone who lives in the desert and has temps in the uppper 90's and low 100's.......I look forward to autumn (temps in the 80's) and don't really mind breaking out the sweater on those cold winter mornings (40's). I get tired of the intense heat! Maybe we should swap houses for a year!

August did fly by. Fall has always been my least favorite of the seasons around here. The others just flow into one another but Fall brings too much change to our schedules for my liking.

I know!! I feel the same way. Hello, has anyone seen August?? And what the heck happened to July??

I don't look forward to braving the sub-zero temps, inches of snow, and bitter cold winds as they blow me around the Loop! Chicago is no place to be in January. That little town in Florida called Clermont is looking better and better!

I LOVE Winter!!! I will take freezing windy rainy sleetly slushy snowy runny nose inducing weather any day of the week over sticky swampy stinky nasty weather. Come on Old Man Winter- make it a doozy!!!!!

The palm tree in my front yard is swaying nicely from the warm 'breeze' that Ernesto is providing right now... but its not snow!!!!!! I left that behind 3 years ago, and hope to never see it again!!!!
