Summer Aulani pool hours

I've been seeing on multiple threads that people are disappointed in how early the pools close at Aulani. Some are reporting 7 PM????

Can anyone confirm/deny this in relation to the summer months? We're there in June and I'd love to while away the evenings by the pool with a Mai Tai in my hand. But 7 PM during the summer?????

We were there in July and enjoyed an evening swim on many nights.
I believe the Lazy River closed at 7 or 8. The Menehune Bridge closed a earlier. The Ka Maka Grotto pool closed about 8. The Waikolohe pool was open till about 10pm.

Great! Glad to hear this. I brought it up to DH and his response was "So? Isn't there a beach?"

The beach is open 24 hours, right?
