Sum of All Thrills Opening Time - morning EMH

Hi all. I can't really find a definitive answer on this - what time does Sum of All Thrills open on an EMH 8-9 am day in Epcot. (Regular park opening is 9 am)
I've seen some information that SoAT opens 30 minutes after park opening, but would that be 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM on an EMH day?
Other information i have seen indicates that SoAT opens at the same time as everything else, but would that be 8 AM or 9 AM on EMH day?

SoAT opens with "regular hours" attractions. 9 AM on an AM EMH day or non AM EMH day.
