Seven people means four beds. There aren't going to be many hotels that offer single rooms with four beds. If you have to have everyone in one room/suite, you're generally looking at a 2-bedroom unit at a timeshare-style property.
If you're willing to split up your party into two rooms/suites, you'll have many more options at multiple price points. In fact, pretty much any hotel will have two rooms with two beds in each room. Of course, there's no guarantee that the two rooms will be near each other. This fact can be a problem at a huge resort where it can be a quarter mile to walk from one side to another. But, it's not much of a problem at a "normal" size hotel.
Also, be aware that not all shuttles are equal. Lots of area hotels only offer limited shuttles: once or twice each morning and once or twice each evening. If you miss the shuttle, you'll be stuck paying for other transportation. That works for some people.
Other hotels have continuous transportation. I'm a fan of the seven Disney Springs hotels. These hotels are located on Disney property (walking to Disney Springs) but they are owned/operated by outside companies. (The DoubleTree that mar21 mentions is one of these hotels.) The Disney Springs hotels run shuttles every 30 minutes from early in the morning until late at night.
