Hello,

We will be arriving at MCO late evening on March 7....we have 2 days of park hopper passes as well as have booked the Princess and Pirate party on March 8.

All suggestions will be welcomed on what we should do the morning and afternoon of both the 7th and 8th....We have never done any of the special parties....so do I wait for MK until the party time or do we venture there prior to the party?

I will check on and off on the thread and I have my fingers crossed that all you helpful folks will have some GREAT suggestions!

Hi there! We have gone to MVMCP once, last year. I don't believe all the rides are open during the parties, although I am not sure with the P&P party. Someone else on here may know. If you are interested in riding other rides, I would hit up MK some other time as well.

Other than that I would hit up other parks you like. Maybe on the 7th you cold do one park in the morning, and another after lunch.

Do you have young children? We never did the parties when our kids were really young because we were worried that they would poop out at 9:00 and start fussing and we would have to leave. We waited until they were a little older, but we still wanted to be sure that we could stay for all of the party so we took it easy that day and did not do a park (maybe something like DTD) and then we were not tired out before we even got started. Many parents even make sure the kids get a good nap on the afternoon before the party.

DS is 10 yrs old. We technially have 2 days at Disney and want to make the best of it.

Here was my thoughts..pls let me know what you think:

March 8, 2006:

MGM in the morning and the Magic Kindgom for the rest of the day including the party.

March 9, 2006:

Epcot in the morning
and then returning to a park of our son's choice..
