Suggestions walking distance from Tortola BVI port

We have the Baths booked from 8am to 12:15pm (the version without lunch included). Guests aboard time isn't until 5:45pm. Any suggestions for things to do that are walking distance from the port? So far, Her Majesty's Prison Museum (which is only open until 2:30pm) is the only thing on my radar. Also, we were planning on having lunch onboard before potentially heading back out; anyone have any favorite Tortola restaurants worth substituting for the free lunch onboard? It will be me, DW, DS (17) and DS (15).
