suggestions on the best way to get CRT for breakfast.

I followed the suggestions of this board and was able to book an Illuminations Cruise. Now on the 23 I need to start trying for Cindy's breakfast. It has been awhile since I have done this. Any suggestions? Thanks

There is a thread at the top of the restaurants board, it worked well for my parents, who were calling for me because I live in CA. They were successful 3 out of 4 tries.

Here are the main tips:
For CRT at Disneyworld call 407-939-3463 at 6:58am. There are 2 possible greetings:

a) Thank you for calling the Disney Reservation Center. Our office is closed... (hang up immediately as soon as you hear the words "Our office" and hit redial immediately).

OR

b) Thank you for calling the Disney reservation center (pause). You're in and on hold! Wait! Do NOT hang up or you will lose any chance of a ressie!

Upon speaking to a live person, interrupt them, and blurt out, “I need Cindy’s breakfast for whatever date, X# people, anytime!“ They will understand, you can apologize later for your abruptness.

That is EXACTLY what I did and got them on my first try ever, for the time I wanted! When I said "anytime", the CM said, "8 or 9, quick!" I said, "8!" This was also for the sunday of labor day weekend.

I go a step further. I do not depend on my clocks, so I get online and go to a website with the correct time (for Eastern zone). I sit and wait. As soon as the clock says 6:55 am, I hang up and start dialing. Once I got "in", I was on hold for just a few seconds before someone picked up- and yes, interrupt them.

the night before have your "script", pen and paper for confirmation #, phone number 1-407-WDW-dine, and credit card ready by the phone and computer.
