Suggestions on dinner meals to cook in resort room

I remember once when we stayed at the cabins in Fort Wilderness my mom had bought pasta from the "outpost" to cook of dinner in the cabin and it was shaped like Mickey. Best pasta ever!

Tacos and easy/quick and very customizable. Quesadillas too!
