suggestions for things to do in Orlando

We have reservations for Clarion near universal for March 31 and HRH April 1-5. What are some fun things to do in the area other than US/IOA and Sea world? We will spend a day at SW and 2-3 at universal (probably 2 1/2 at universal and 1 1/2 at SW). That leaves us with 2, 1/2 days (the day we arrive and leave). What are some interesting things for a family of 4 to do (kids ages 11 and 2 1/2). I have thought about either 1900 park fair villian dinner or a mystery theatre dinner on the night we arrive but would rather have ideas that do not need reservations.

How about the huge Lego display at Disney Marketplace and then let the kids run through the fountains at the far end by Rainforest Cafe for the first night and dinner at the McDonalds or the Rainforest?.....How about heading west on I-4 to 27 south and driving about 10 miles south to see real orange trees and stopping at roadside stand to buy some fruit....I have heard lots of folks really enjoyed Gatorland, especially the Kids!!have fun....Ted
