Suggestions for MNSSHP in an EVC...

I am seriously considering going to MNSSHP this year and need to use an ECV strictly for endurance. I want to dress up and incorporate the ECV into my costume. I do have an idea, but no idea how to make it work. I want to make my ECV look like a bed and just wear my pjs (along with a robe with MICKEY embroidered on it). I am not sure how to do this though... I need to be to steer and be able to get on and off fairly easily.

Is there anyone that has a creative mind that could help me figure out how to do this?

If you scroll down on this page from allearsnet.com, there is a picture where someone turned her ECV into a jungle cruise boat.

I think you could do something similar, but what she has for the front and back of her cruise boat would be the headboard and footboard of your bed. As long as the footboard part attaches only to the front, you should be OK as far as driving the ECV. You could cover yourself with a small blanket and be all set.

It doesn't say what she used, but I am guessing cardboard. Of course, you would have to assemble your costume after arriving, but at least cardboard is not heavy.
You could style the bed similar to Mickey's bed

I had seen that picture before, but have no clue as to how she kept it from falling off!!!! Having the right dimentions and figuring out how to keep it on... all without having a scooter to measure it by are my biggest obsitacles.

My guess is holes punched in the cardboard and the cardboard attached to the basket on the front with twist ties.
A 4 wheel ECV would probably be easier since the front bumpers could be used top. Electrical tape works well to attach things. Sticks well, but comes off lea Ly.
