Suggestions for lunch on our last day

Looking for suggestions for lunch on our last day at WDW for our spring trip. We'll be staying at CR so we'll have easy access to MK, Epcot, and any of the monorail resorts. We'll be taking the ME to the airport and we have an evening flight. I'm looking for a late lunch that will be substantial enough that we won't be really hungry for dinner when we're sitting at the airport, but I don't want something really really heavy before we travel. We are all adults in our party and we like a variety of food - would prefer something beyond just a hot dog at Casey's. Ideas?

I'd go to Epcot and eat at Sunshine Seasons then I would go ride soarin again so I can have that as my last disney memory for that trip.

Lately the last few times on our last day we make reservations at the crystal palace. It gives us our last visit with the characters and the food has always been very good

I'd recommend the Grand Floridan Cafe. It's good food for a decent price, and you'll get a fair amount, too, plenty to hold you over.
