Suggestions for disneybound costume using a black dress?

At parties past, Smee and Hook were out for photo ops in front of Pirates. I don't recall Belle being at MNSSHP. My DD--maybe 8 at the time--yelled "Hook is a codfish!!" as he walked by. He stopped, slowly turned, and motioned with his index finger "come here..." She ran and hid behind me LOL. Priceless

With the blue & white dress: add black shoes & yellow accessories for Dory! Red accessories for Mr. Smee (like his hat).

Great ideas! I was thinking about Dori too. I can't really do much with the shoes unfortunately. I have wide feet and its next to impossible to find a pair that fits and that I can walk in. I'll be wearing a pair of blue walking sandals. They won't go with the outfit but I don't think too many people will look at my feet. I will have to snazz it up with accessories.
