Headed for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon and then a couple days in the park. On Tuesday we head home and don't want to use up one of our days on our tix for a short day. But we don't need to head to the airport till 3ish.

Ideas on what to do w/o going to the parks? We've done Downtown Disney last year so need to do something else. Mini golf? Will the hotels be decorated for Christmas yet? Other ideas? Thanks!

Yes to my knowledge the resorts will be decked out for the holidays I spent one day resort hopping looking at the special attractions, some time downtown, and finished the night by watching firework cruise

The resorts are always fun to explore and still few ppl know it's free and ok to resort hop and take in the sights lol

Maybe take a monorail tour of the 3 monorail resorts. Maybe you could rent some Sea Raycers from a monorail resort and spend some time riding around on the lake. Some resorts will have some decorations up, but some will still be in progress.

I would visit some resorts via monorail or take advantage of some boat rides....maybe visit Fort Wilderness (we usually do)

Walk around the Boardwalk area

The only places decorated this weekend will be HS and MK...next week they should start the deluxe resorts, you might see the gingerbread house going up. Hope this helps:) have fun!

We had fun playing mini golf a few years ago when we had an afternoon flight. Somehow though we ended up on a course that was more like real golf and less like putting - and very challenging! So be careful if you go to the courses across from the Swan & Dolphin hotels - there are two very different courses there!

:sad1: I was hoping to see the gingerbread house Sunday.

I would go to the Boardwalk, maybe have a nice lunch.
