Ok guys, I don't want any special treatment at the restaurant, I just want to have the time of my life for this b'day. (Was diagnosed with cancer for my 34th and it was a bummer) However, so far I'm doing fine. My Mom and I will be in the World celebrating my b'day and Mother's day with my two children DD 8 and DS 5. Any suggestions?

First--I certainly hope that you are doing OK and will make a complete and total recovery!
As for restaurants--almost any of the sit-down restaurants at WDW would do. My personal suggestion would be the California Grill--great view, good food, very "Disney".
I've seen kids there that young (and younger) so that shouldn't be a problem.

When you make your PS make sure to mention that it is for a special occassion. You never know what type of "Magic" may happen.
btw..I just celebrated my 35th at Disney a few months back.
It was the best Birthday ever!!!

I think I would have lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table and dinner at California Grill as Uncle R suggested. I hope you have a fantastic birthday and a complete recovery!:D
