Suggestion for Kevin's microphone

Hey guys, all you have to do is put a pop filter (buy one here for 3 bucks or get one in America) in front of the microphone Kevin uses a few inches away (in addition to the windscreen). When he wants to get close to accentuate a point, his face will be stopped by the pop filter, solving the clipping problem.
 
Also curious, why in almost all of the shows there seems to be a lot of clipping? I really enjoy your shows, however, it's very hard on ears especially when wearing headphones.
