Suggestion for December Itinerary with first timers...PLEASE HELP

December will be our 5th trip and normally I have no problem figuring out which days I'll hit which park. I simply avoid EMH days because we stay offsite. In December my whole family is joining us for the first, and probably only, time. Most of us will be in the parks from the 11th (Sunday) until the 16th (Friday), except my brother's family who will only be there the 11th-13th. Normally, I'd do MK on Tuesday and Thursday for the quietest days, but the MVMCP will be going on those days and I really want them to see Wishes and Spectro so those days are out. I'm thinking MK on Monday. Here's my problem...if we do Epcot on Sunday, MK on Monday, I'm wondering how to handle Tuesday since it'll be MGM's morning EMH and AK's evening EMH. Are EMH days bad during the value season? Should I bite the bullet and go on a EMH day? Possibly AK since that has the evening EMH and maybe the morning won't be bad . None of us have hoppers so whatever park I pick, we'll be stuck with Part of me says to just hit MK again since we plan on two days there, but the fact that my brother won't be there the rest of the week for the other parks bothers me. I'd like to show them more of Disney.

We go the first week of Decmber every year and we always avoid EMH - We still think the EMH park is packed and find the others much quieter- now if you are used to going at peak season then I guess you would be fine at EMH because there are alot less people there at the time you are going this time-one caution check to see when pop warner is because then the EMH will be more crowded- Don't forget that in Dec the parks close early 5 for AK (I think) and 7 for MGM & MK-9 for Epcot- The very merry xmas parties(special ticket?) are packed and the extended hour nights (friday??) are jammed with lots of local people -these nights rival peak season for crowds.
