It really was not fun when it happened to Mom and I. It was late when we got back to our room and discovered our bags not there. All we wanted was to go to bed but instead we had to wait up until our bags got there. I couldn't even get through to them on the phone and had to walk back to the front a few times. I'm afraid I got a little snippy with them towards the end which is very unlike me.

When you're tired and ready for bed hours before, I confess, it's easy for me to get snippy too. And have.

I figured some short videos could help her feel like she was watching the shows along with me.
