Suburban Suites or Crestwood Suites, any opinions?

Does anyone have any experience with either Crestwood Suites or Suburban Suites in Orlando? These are both extended stay hotels with really good prices. So, I'm wondering if anyone has ever stayed at either one and has any opinions to share, good or bad. Thanks!
