I have rented a 2 bedroom unit and there is a possability that the other family that was sharing with us might have to back out!!
How many units offer SEPARATE entry for the studio portion?
Can I rent out the studio portion to some-one else?
If I do/can, would they be able to place charges against MY room?
Any advice appreciated..
Dates Jan3-Jan 10 2004
Thanks
Bob

Depending on how far away your travel plans are...I would try to get hold of the original owner of the points and try to re rent them...that way they could make a separate ressie so your rooms aren't connected in any way....

You've paid the Original owner for the poinst so hopefully they would be understanding enough to try to help you out if you were able to find another renter to remake the ressie for you..

Good Luck...

The confirmation you already have will show what room type you have reserved. If it's a lock-off, there will be two separate rooms connected by a doorway. You can allow your keys to have charging privileges and not those in the other room, but phone charges would still be charged to the card of whomever checked into the room.

As zurgswife already suggested, you can ask the member to change the rooms to two separate reservations (this WILL require a few more points) and put your other party on the 2nd reservation. Otherwise, I'd just keep the 2BR for your family and enjoy the extra space at a bargain price!

Enjoy! :)

received thru trade cannot and will not be broken up by the selling party..
I guess we will just stretch out!!! and enjoy!!
