Stupid question about seating times...

I know this is a stupid question, but I want to make sure so I don't book the wrong time. We're going to try and book a breakfast. Now the site says that breakfast is 8:00 - 10:30am. Does that mean if you get an ADR for 10am that you have to finish eating by 10:30am? Or does that mean the last seating time is close to 10:30am and that you still have a good amount of time so you don't have to rush through? Any help would be great. Thanks! :)

No.
Yes.
No, it doesn't mean you need to finish eating by closing time; yes, it does mean they will take reservations up until (or maybe five minutes before) closing time.

I was wondering about this too. I have ressies at chef mickey's for 11:15 and was thinking that maybe that was too late to really get the full benefit of character interaction and that they would be putting the food away and not bringing out anything fresh. Does anyone know about that? This will be our first for a sit down.
Thanks

Don't worry about it. The characters will be out and the food will still be hot and fresh.

Disney World does not intentionally rush you through a meal. Take your time. No one will be standing there with a stop watch and tapping their foot for you to leave.

Actually some of our best character meals have been close to closing time. Less people more time with the characters. They will keep bringing the food regardless of how close it is to closing time.

Great!! Thanks so much for easing my mind, believe it or not, don't have any small children for the characters, it will be my 50th b-day, but I still want my pic with Goofy LOL
Thanks group :)
