I hate it when they show teasers for the news broadcasts! You know the ones..."Massive recall of Infant Formula...news at 11"....or "40 million cars recalled for faulty brakes"...news at 11" (Disclaimer - those were examples, not real ones!)
Just before 3:00 our ABC news affiliate showed a teaser for the evening news with the line "A real life headache for kids who read Harry Potter."
I wish they'd just tell us if there is a serious concern. I don't sit around all day waiting for the next newscast and often miss the details. Does anyone else detest this practice - or is it just me?

DD was racing to finish her homework & then was reading from ~7 until we removed the light bulb from her lamp! (At least until we banned all HP reading after 8pm! She'd get so excited that she couldn't get to sleep!)
