Stupid me... Forgot to submit order for PP+

I wonder if you brought your email confirmation for the pre-paid PP+ they might be able to work some magic for you?
also, voucher has a barcode on the back - if you have a smartphone, maybe your DH can send you a photo of it (and give you the number off the back) when it comes that you could use to "scan" the barcode while you're there? Maybe with the email confirm/receipt and that they can get it done?

anyhow... here's to Saturday's mail delivery

Don't give up. I picked my card up at DD. while I was there, another lady came in and didn't have her voucher, only her receipt. CMs were soon on the phone with the photopass site to confirm it and she got her card.

Well it didn't arrive before we left, so I took a shot and went to DtD to see if they could help.... They didn't bat an eye. Pulled up my confirmation email and 5 minutes later walked out with the pass!
