Ok, up until recently I didnt know my grocery store had a program that I could go on to the website, go to the coupons section and "add" them onto my reward card.

So here is my dumb question: has anyone had trouble with the coupon somehow not showing up? I have kooky stuff happen so I can see the coupon not showing up.

TIA

I have trouble often. If you're talking about Safeway/Tom Thumb, once you go to the site and add coupons, click on print shopping list. It's a very basic text list in black and white (so not a lot of ink). If you have any problems with it, just go to the service desk and have them give you the difference. I had to do this recently, knocked like $4 off my total, plus the cashier didn't use one of the 50% off coupons that was on the package of meat.

Thanks. We don't have Safeway anymore, but I go to Food Lion. I have debated taking the actual paper coupons just in case.

i have pathmark, the coupons are called zavers, so far no problems. also the computer does not recognize them the same way as paper coupons, so to my delight so far i have been able to stack, but often the brands differ so this has only happened once or twice......plus i am using it to substitute for paper coupons since getting those has become a project at times. i also like that i just click and have it there just in case, so i click on ones i may not even use just in case i get to the store and something is on sale. easier than walking aroudn with all those paper coupons.
