Any ideas how to get Fastpasses for the later MGM Stunt shows without having to keep going back to the FP machine to check the time it is spitting out. We have a PS for lunch and would miss the first show unless I change it now and make it earlier.

Thanks,

Jon

I'm not sure I would bother. We went to the car stunt show this past week and got in the stand-by line about 25 minutes before showtime. They were letting in all of the fast pass people first, and as soon as that line emptied, they let us in. The fast pass people had filled up the center section up to the top and we started on one of the side sections toward the bottom and had better seats than many of the people who had entered before us. Some of the people who came in last minute had better seats than us because they filled in the handicapped reserved areas that went unused. I don't think anyone was turned away and it didn't seem like any seat is actually bad.

Since there's 3 shows per day, any FP through basically noon or so (assuming first show is at 1) will be for the 1:00 show. You can safely assume after 1:00 all FP's will be for second show.

I wouldn't bother with the Fastpass either.

We were at the 3:55 show on 6/5. The Fastpass line was the MOST disorganized, chaotic thing I have ever seen at Disney!! A CM was in the midst of a huge crowd with a bullhorn, trying to get people to form a line. Meanwhile, everyone was asking, "Where is the Fastpass line?" Finally, she told a large group of guests in fluorescent orange rain ponchos, "The Fastpass line starts RIGHT HERE, and YOU will be the first people! Everyone, line up behind these people!"

All the Fastpasses had already been distributed, and other guests were telling us that there were no stand-by seats. That didn't make any sense to me, so I just ignored them, went past all the people still trying to get into the totally non-existant Fastpass line, and walked up to a CM at the entrance of the theater, and asked if we there were anymore seats available for stand-by. He said he didn't know, but we were welcome to go in and see. So, we just sauntered on in, waited in a holding area for about 3 minutes, then got in and got seats immediately at the left side of the theater! I think the Fastpass folks were STILL out in the front, trying to figure out where to line up!!

I agree that the fastpass line is a mess. We were standing in a line that was suppose to be fastpass and people were going in around us. They will need to do something better about a line for this and soon.
