DH and I are going down from October 30th to November 9th this makes it our longest trip to date.
I have been trying to figure out the mouse keeping schedule. I know this is going to sound trivial however when they clean will they replace the bowls and plates we are in a studio. We will need 8 of each for our trip I know we start out with 4 but I really don't want to order any if we don't have too.

Also is the refrigerator big enough for a gallon of milk or would we have to do a half then buy more while we are there?

Your mousekeeping day will be your 4th day and it will be a full cleaning with replacement of towels, trash removal, etc.

You can request replacement bowls/plastic utinsels at anytime with no charge from mousekeeping. Also, you can pickup the items at any quick service resturant.

For a 1 gallon milk, you have different options:
Lay it on the side and it will fit.
Adjust the shelves so that is stand upright.
Some stuidios have fridge that will allow you to put it in the door shelve.

You can ask for and get more paper or plastic ware products at any time. I have only had 1/2 gallons of milk.

They don't limit your paper products, so most likely you'll have a stack of bowls and plates. When you need more just ask housekeeping. Our stays are always 2 weeks and have called or caught up with a housekeeper throughout our stay. You can replenish your paper items at no charge to include, plates, bowls, plastic utensils, paper towels, trash bags, TP. Other things like shampoo, soap, coffee are replenished on full cleaning and towel and trash, however, it's not enough for the entire timeframe, it's just a sampler version, so you need to pay additional for more supplies, or buy and bring your own like most of us do.

Since the check-in day (Oct 30) counts as the 1st day, your full cleaning with towels will be on Nov 2, you will also get new towels on Nov 6th with the trash and towel day.

Thank you. I hadn't thought about laying the milk on its side to get it to fit.

Thank you I didn't know you could replenish paper items at no charge. I did realize that shampoo, soap, and coffee was only replenished on certain days. I was planning on bringing extra of those. However we don't use paper products at home so I didn't want to have to buy them just for a few out of the pack.

How early should we do our grocery order? Also when should we mail the package by? How will cold items work? We won't be arriving until 8:30 pm.

They will store your cold items in bell service no problem. We have already done our GG order for our October stay...last time we waited and couldn't get a time on our arrival day.

Thank you. I didn't know that bell service would hold the items for us. So I should probably place our order soon to make sure I get the date that I want?

I would do it sooner than later. And yes, bell services will hold the groceries. When you get to your room, just call and ask for them to be delivered.

For our longer stays, we always call mouse keeping and ask for real bowls, plates, and silverware. I prefer to not use the paper products, and they are always happy to bring real dishes

That is new to me. We always stay 14 nights twice a year. We usually throw some silverware in our suitcase. Maybe we will look into that next month

Thank you all for the tips. I placed my small order the other night for the groceries have to say I was impressed within 15 minutes they called to confirm that I had placed the order and to see if we had any questions.
