I would say it depends on the makeup of your group. If it is 2 people who share the same bed, I would go for SSR. Having a couch instead of a bed leaves much more room.
If it includes someone who don't want to sleep on a hidabed, then OKW.
My DD23 doen't mind the hidabed in the studio at BWV or BCV. But... we are spoiled one bedroom folks are rarely stay in studios.
Originally posted by Tinkermom BWV can take a family of five w/one small child on day bed - do you know if there is a restriction of 4 to a studio at Saratoga Springs?
This arrangement at the BWV's is called the "deluxe studio" but be aware, you cannot reserve it - they come on a first come first serve basis and there are not very many. Also the daybed is very small and many say not very suitable as a bed -- it's quite hard and not very comfy. If you intend to have a small child use it, it may work out well, but that's if you can even manage to get one.
All other studios at the DVC's accommodate 4 or 5 if one person is a child under 3 in a pak-n-play crib. OKW is the only one that has 2 queen beds rather than a queen bed a and sleeper sofa.
Thanks for the responses I guess my question is if I have three children do I have to hide one at checkin as we always stay in the deluxe studio in BWV and my little one is fine on the day bed - she would even be fine in a port a crib. I was just concerned that they would not allow 5 in a studio in the SSR.
