For those of you that dont know I went on the 11/16 wonder 4 nite. However we came down with Norwalk and were confined to the room for 3 out of the 4 nites. While this was a bummer the crew and guest services made it livable for us.
I wanted to say that I had booked an excursion with Stuarts cove in Nassau, I was unable to go due to being isolated, and unable to give them any notice. I wrote them asking if it was possible for a refund, thinking there would be no way as its in the materials that you must give 24 hrs notice. However I recieved back a refund, and a nice note from them apologizing for our sickness and wishing us well. I didnt tell them I was a dis board member or that I would be posting this. But I just think that they went above the call of duty on this. If they wouldnt have given me the refund I wouldnt have even batted an eye, but I had to ask as it was still money that we wasted. I will use them in the future!
