Strongest and most forceful hand held fan for August heat

I love neck fans but they always break or aren’t strong enough for the heat. I find the Disney fans great, but looking to order something ahead of time for less money. Any suggestions? I have cooling towels already.

I don’t know if this is the strongest but it definitely has done the job the past 2-trips we’ve done in Aug/Sep. i never even charged the thing but one time the entire time I’ve had it (and that was before taking it on our trip last year.

I have a handheld one from the brand eVent that I love and will be bringing with me in September. It has a cooling plate, so when you turn it on cooling mode it’s like a little air conditioner. I got it at a local shop but if you can find it or one similar I recommend it!

on amazon they have one from handfan brand the 5200mah one and i swear by it. its pretty strong. i love it and take it everywhere.

I've taken the fan linked by elvispursley on our last three summer time WDW trips. When I can sweet-talk my little great nieces into sharing, it's been great. I didn't even realize it had a higher setting until recently because the "low speed" works so well. I also appreciate that the blades are very soft and the fan stops immediately if it encounters something solid. It even works as a charger for my cell phone if needed.

I also keep one or two of these little cell phone fans in my bag. They are cheap, lightweight, and surprisingly effective.
