Just wondering about the availability/ quantity of strollers while onboard and also while on Disney's Island. Can anyone post a picture of what they look like? I seem to recall the ones on the island had big wheels to make them easy to push on the sand??? I don't remember seeing that many of them??. Do you have to get off the ship really early to get one or can you request one from guest services? How does it work do you have to pay a rental fee like in the parks?

Strollers are free, there are some with big wheels for the beach. They were on a "first come, first served" basis. Of course, you can use an umbrella stroller or whatever on the sidewalks (if you bring one.) Sorry, no pictures. If you plan to use the tram, you must take the child out of the stroller while riding.

I think the ones for the ship were a Graco. Nice quality with the retractable cover/shade and the basket underneath.

Here's a pictures of the strollers and stuff at Castaway Cay. This was at the end of the day around 3:30 pm or 4 pm. So, I bet most of them were returned at this point. We didn't use any of them so, I can't tell you much more about it.

Are the wagons in that picture available for free too? And the wheels on those strollers don't really look big enough to go through the sand. It'd be just my luck to get stuck in the middle of a bunch of people- "look at the idiot trying to push a stroller through sand!" :p
