Strollers free for MNSSHP - how about ECV's??

I am curious if the ECV's are still $35 rental for the Halloween party or maybe they are free like strollers with just a deposit. Does anyone know?

I honestly wouldn't expect them to. From a simple business standpoint - the ECV rental price is over 400% higher than that of a single-child stroller. Coupled with the limited supply of ECVs, I can't see Disney (or any company a any time) offering free use of them.

I'm quite certain they are not free. I have heard of free strollers, but not free wheelchairs, so I for sure would not expect free ECVs.
