Stroller taken during 24 hour event.

I hate to say it but reality check here....I would look on Orlando Craigslist...thats where all the stolen strollers end up..sorry this happened to you, bummer.

Very sorry this happen to you. Our friends had their stroller stolen at Disney. It actually was a cheap stroller, maybe worth less than $50, and there was nothing in it. We had a princess crown stolen out of our stroller and we were just steps away from it not even on a ride. Please post again to update us. I hope it turns up!

Don't give up hope. My dad left his Oakley sunglasses on space mountain and they were turned in after three days. The main lost and found mailed them home to him. Sending positive vibes your way!!

It doesn't bring back the stroller but one of the lost items was the autograph books. The CM who helped us had new ones delivered to our room tonight--completely filled up with every possible character we could think of. It's not the same as getting our stuff back but it does go a long way towards healing the broken hearts my kids have had today.

That stinks. A friend of mine who is a wounded warrior went to Disneyland and the dog tags of his friend who was KIA (in the same incident where he was wounded) were stolen off of his motorcycle. Some people don't realize the significance things have to the people they are stealing from. I hope someone turns the stroller in, positive thoughts your way.

I'm sorry to say I'm pretty sure the stroller and the contents are long gone. There are thieves everywhere including Disney and they know people feel safe leaving valuables in strollers. All they have to do is grab a stroller, walk away, and see what they got later. If they don't want what is there, it may get abandoned but I wouldn't hold out hope.

I'm sure there are also folks who do take things out of convenience. Have a tired kid and it is raining? Grab a stroller to use and then ditch it later.

It sucks when this happens. Glad you got new autograph books.

I know this is no help now, but could be of use to others. You can take one of those bike cables and run it through the wheels. That will require the stroller to be be picked up and carried instead of being wheeled off. That may deter would be thieves.

That won't work very well because Disney CMs have move strollers in the stroller parking all the time, so they will cut locks to do so.

Wow. I hope you let the CM know how much the new FILLED autograph books meant to your kids (and maybe send a note to Disney about them). This really sucks for you and it is reminding me that we need to be more careful, so thank you for sharing your story. I hope that all of your stuff turns up!

We ended up putting cheap glow sticks all over the stroller so we can find the stroller on our way out of the rides. After we did this I figured I would deter anyone from walking away with it.

I did put glow things on it and then during the fireworks fhe kids took them off to play with. Grr! I tried.

I talked to lost and found again today. He told me they are severely back logged due to the 24 hr event and the next day MK was open 9-3am so he said there are piles of stuff at MK that have not even been sent over to lost and found yet and please don't give up hope yet. So we will see.
