How’s it going everyone , my son will be 7 but Disney in June is rough on anyone walking. The park is gonna be alot of exercise for him and I know at the end of the day he is gonna wanna crash or go up on my shoulders.

Curious if anyone knows stroller companies that have double strollers that can hold 75 pound per seat.

I watched countless videos on the double stroller from Disney world , it’s hot, it’s terrible to steer and just uncomfortable.

Any insight if you’ve encountered this problem, thanks again.

My daughter is six. We rented the single Bob Revolution from ScooterBug. It was definitely sturdy, just cumbersome. ScooterBug will deliver to/pick up from bell services and you don’t have to be present.

The Bob is a great stroller, but pushing nearly 200lbs (including the stroller itself and whatever you stuff underneath) in June is NOT going to be fun. Would 2 singles be a possibility?

If you were to do this I would pick the Bob also but there is no way I would push 200 pounds (including stroller weight) in the heat. I would either go with 2 single strollers or allow them to switch who gets to ride. Can you start walking with them now to build up their steps per day to get them used to walk more a day? Will they be willing to ride in it? My 7 year old bonus daughter refused saying it was for babies. I’d hate for you to push a giant stroller through the crowds if they won’t use it.

You might just want to rent a double at the Parks, that way you don't have to break the stroller down on the buses and/or cars.

I’m seeking double stroller for a 75 pound each. That’s the caveat
I'm not aware of a double with that high a weight for each seat. It sounds like you also have a younger child. Would 2 singles work? Or maybe a park rental double if the younger child is much smaller. Another option might be a sit-and-stand type where the 7-yr-old can hitch a ride occasionally.

Also thinking about it when my son was 7 and mostly didn’t need a stroller but occasionally did we would have him sit either in the footrest or snuggle with his sister in the Bob single. It’s not a good all the time solution but worked pretty well at the end of the day or when he needed a quick break.

Strollers are pretty forgiving on weight limits in my experience.

City Walk rentals are the bomb!!! Get singles doubles are awful.

Delivery and pick up right from your hotel.
