do they have rental strollers in downtown disney?

Nope, no rental strollers. That's one of the reasons we rented a stroller from www.abbf.com after reading about them on the DIS.

I rented a stroller at Downtown Disney 2 years ago. I don't know if they still do. But I went to the guest services office and they had 3 strollers total to rent. You do have to put a deposit down for it, but if you return the stroller than you get it back. The deposit was, I think, $50 but at that point with a crying, tired 2 yr old, it was worth it. We put her in it, and she went right to sleep.

At Downtown Disney:

Single or infant (newborn to 9 months) strollers: $10/day (with $250 credit card imprint required for deposit); $8/day Length of Stay rental (limited quantity) Note: Double strollers are not available.

Reservations are not accepted. If you want to visit more than one park in a given day, retain your stroller receipt and present it at the second park to obtain another stroller at no additional cost.

So yes, but Wow! for a $250 deposit, better not lose it!
