stroller question

Hello all ! My DS 10 has Down Syndrome, we have used strollers on our past trips to help get around all of WDW. He is now a bit over 60 lbs. Can anyone recommend a good stroller rental company that has strollers for larger children ? I know he will balk at the idea of using a wheelchair !!

Have you looked at a company like Convaid that has wheelchair strollers? Really they look just like a big stroller and fold up nicely. When I was younger my parents used one called a Pogon ( spelling?) buggy for me. It might be better to buy your own and take it with you so then you have it for other places besides WDW.

There are places out there that rent special needs strollers. You can either do a search for them or if you look at the FAQ's sticky at the top of this forum, there are listings in there with websites and numbers of places that rent them.
